Adding to the lineup of its Moto G devices, Motorola has launched the 4th Moto G and Moto G Plus in India. As can be guessed from the names, Moto G Plus has higher specification than Moto G.

Moto G (4th Gen) is being declared as the thinnest Moto G ever. It has 5.5" full HD display. It is equipped with Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 617 (MSM8952) processor, 2 GB RAM and 16 GB ROM. The battery of Moto G is 3000 mAh. It has 13 MP primary camera and 5 MP front camera. The TurboPower™ feature of Moto G can charge the device for upto six hours of power in just 15 minutes.

Moto G Plus (4th gen) also has 5.5 inch display. Moto G Plus too is equipped with Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 617 (MSM8952) processor. G Plus scores over Moto G in terms of memory. It is available in 16 GB ROM/2GB RAM and 32 GB ROM /3 GB RAM memory variants. The battery is 3000 mAh.

The new G Plus has 16 MP rear camera and 5 MP primary camera. It has Laser Focus and Phase Detect Autofocus that helps in clicking photos quickly, even in low light conditions.

Moto G Plus (4th gen.) is also equipped with OmniVision's PureCel®Plus image sensors and optical sensor technology. This enhances the pixel performance and helps in giving more detailed images.

The new Moto G and Moto G Plus have a fingerprint sensor that can help keep the phone secure from prying eyes. It can also be used to authorize purchases on the Google Play Store.

Moto G will be available in India from June, 2016. Moto G Plus is available now exclusively on at the price of INR 13,499.
