I really needed the extra two hours of sleep... But now I have to make up for the lost time!
Anyways, moving on to motivation Monday...
Last week I did good with working out everyday! A couple of days, I didn't get to work out until 11:30 pm or 12 am but I still started and finished my workouts. This week, I am going to try to workout earlier so that I can get more running and biking in! How were your workouts this week?
