Last week my goal was to run or bike 4 times... I kind of failed.I ran once and went for a bike ride once. I did go line dancing Saturday night (which can be a workout :) Sunday I jumped and ran on the trampoline with a bunch of little kids, that was a workout... Haha! This week my goal again is to run or bike 4 times a week! I can't fail again!!!
