Simple and Affordable Portland Home

By using the foundation and some of the walls of an existing house, architect Ben Waechter was able to save costs on this home for industrial designer Nick Oakley. A new second story adds 800 square feet of living space. Inexpensive black corrugated steel wraps around the exterior.
