They finally tied the knot on May 3, 2015, Sunday in presence of several celebrity stars.
It was a grand ceremony, receiving valuable presence of several beautiful celebrity stars in a suburban hotel in Mumbai. The ceremony took place in Gujrati fashion and all the rituals were followed according to the Gujrati customs and traditions. The entire television industry was found busy in different ceremonies and events of their marriage. Karan Patel doesn’t need any introduction after his role as Raman Kumar Bhalla in very popular TV serial Yeh Hai Mohabbatein. On the other hand Ankita Bhargava is also a very big name and has done several TV serials including Kasautii Zubdagi Kay, Kesar, Dill Mill Gayye and many others. She is daughter of Abhay Bhargava, who coincidently also plays the role of on screen father in law of Karan in Yeh Hai Mohabbatein. He also played the role of match maker between these two.
