More bad news for Donald Trump. As these charts show, more people still disapprove of the job he is doing than approve of it (53% to 42%). But the problem goes even deeper. Only 27% strongly approve, while 41% strongly disapprove -- a 14 point gap. Those feeling strongly are unlikely to change their minds, and that portends more problems for Trump in the future (as those who are strong against him substantially outnumber his strong supporters). And that is true of nearly every group.
These charts are from a recent Gallup Poll -- done between February 17th and 26th of a random national sample of 5,077 adults, with a margin of error of only 2 points.
