INGREDIENTS
1 pound whole beef, sliced ¼ inch thin
2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced in the middle
3 pickles, sliced thin
2 onions, sliced thin
Two long pieces of pork fat, ¼ inch thick
three large lime juice
1 cup of raisins
1 canned liver spread
4 longganisang pork, sliced in the middle
1 canned tomato sauce
4 tbsp soy sauce
3 cups of water
Soak thin whole beef with lime toyo't within an hour. lay on the chopping meat and wipe gently with a liver spread. arrange the pickles,sausages, eggs and pork fat over the meat. sprinkle with some raisins in wholemeat.
Carefully wrap the meat with other ingredients laid here. Bind along its length. Boil 3 cups of water accompanied by onion and tomato sauce until tender meat. Unbind, and cut crosswise before serving. Serve the sauce separately.
