Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup MLM Instant Ragi Moong dal powder
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 large ripe banana

Method:

1.  Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.

2. Mash the ripe banana using a fork.

3. Add cinnamon powder and ghee to the banana and mix well.

4. Add the Instant Ragi Moong Dal Powder to the banana mix and knead into a dough without adding any water.

5. Now pinch out equal size portions of the dough. Roll out each portion into a small oblong shape.

6. Arrange all the biscuit shapes in a baking tray, leaving small gaps between each one. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 Degrees Celsius for 12-15 minutes.

7. Let the cookies to cool down on a wire rack , before transferring to an air tight container.
