Today I felt like letting my inner rock star out for a bit. Since I do have to be at work, I toned her down with traditional trousers, but really thought this mix of patterns was fun. I feel a bit like a corporate Steven Tyler with this scarf. I wanted to wear my black pointy-toed pumps but realized I had left them at work so out came the booties.
How was everyone's weekend? My husband shot a wedding Saturday and I came along as assistant. The rest of the weekend we spent enjoying our town's Labor Day festival - carnival rides, funnel cake, even a parade! It was nice to have an extra day off to recharge my batteries.
