Molome, a photo editing and sharing app, has surpassed the one million download mark at the Nokia Store.

Nokia Store has announced the one-million download mark that has been achieved by one of its available apps. It’s the Molome, a photo editing and sharing app that acts like Instagram but with a twist.

Molome is available for Symbian^3, Symbian Anna, Nokia Belle and S60 5th edition Nokia smartphone platforms. It will also soon be available in the Windows platform supported by Nokia phones.

Like the popular Instagram app, the Molome is not just a regular photo editing application but also includes several photo filters and effects that are user-friendly and very easy to use. One distinction of Molome apart from Instagram is its gaming aspect. The app allows users to collect badges as a reward whenever the user upload photos.

The Molome is created by Sittiphol Vantilai who attributed its success to the users of the apps who constantly provides feedback.
