Verdict on Mission Cross
Mission Cross is an action comedy following a nonsense detective who discovers her quiet timid husband is a secret agent. They end up crossing paths and needing to work together to bring down a criminal organisation that has targeted the whole country.
This movie can feel like Mr and Mrs Smith but does enough to bring a fresh approach to the idea. The comedy works well, as we see the usually uncompromisable detective cracking over suspicious about her husband. All while learning more about him and understanding what is going on. Meanwhile, the case brings a big crime which could change a country and one which needs only the truly loyal to solve. The performances are great, and you can have a great time watching the story unfold.
