Model Miranda Kerr married snapchat founder, Evan Spiegel in a gorgeous Grace Kelly inspired gown in the couple’s backyard over the weekend.
The couple were married in an intimate setting at their home in the Brentwood neighborhood in L.A. in front of about 45 friends and family.
Kerr’s wedding gown was designed by Maria Grazia Chiuru for Dior Haute Couture.
“I think it’s every girl’s dream to have Dior design her wedding dress,” Kerr told Vogue. “I thought, If she’s up for it, I’m up for it.”
Kerr, who’s fashion use to be more wild and free, says her style is a little more pulled back these days.
‘But in this period of my life, my style is more pulled back. My greatest sources of inspiration have always been Grace, Audrey Hepburn, and my grandmother, who at 80 has an effortless chic: a nice pant, a white blouse, a scarf, a little heel.’
The newlyweds got engaged last July, and the former Victoria’s Secret Angel gushed about her younger love to Net-a-Porter’s The Edit in January. “He’s 25, but acts like he’s 50,” she said. “He’s not out partying. He goes to work in [L.A.’s] Venice. He comes home. We don’t go out. We’d rather be at home and have dinner, go to bed early.
