Minister of People’s Security Gen. Choe Pu Il

DPRK state media reported that Minister of People’s Security, Gen. Choe Pu Il, departed the country on 27 August (Tuesday) to visit Mongolia.  This was Gen. Choe’s first trip to a foreign country since his appointment at the DPRK’s chief law enforcement in February 2013.
