These mini pizza’s are a fantastic after school snack! These are very yummy and very affordable to make. This recipe makes around 50 mini pizza’s, which is a lot of mini pizza’s. After they have had time to cool, place them in a ziplock bag and you can freeze them! When your ready to use them just place them on a cookie sheet and bake them at 400 degrees for about 5 minutes. Quick and simple after school snack and much healthier than the frozen mini pizza’s you buy at the store.

Ingredients
- 10 Flour Tortilla's (1 package)
- 1 can Pizza Sauce
- 8 oz Block of Mozzarella Cheese (I like to shred my own, and I have quite a bit left)
- Mini Pepperoni's ( My store had mini pepperoni's in a big bag with 6 smaller bags inside. I used 3 bags and had 3 left).
- *Optional* Add a pinch of Garlic Powder and a pinch of brown sugar to the pizza sauce.
- Pam or Nonstick spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Spray a 6 count muffin pan with the nonstick spray.
- Pour your sauce into a small bowl. (Add optional ingrediants and mix...if your doing that.)
- Wipe off the top of your can, you'll be using this to shape the bottom of your pizza's.
- Place a tortilla on a cutting board and using the top of your sauce can press down and twist slightly, repeat process. I was able to get 5 out of each tortilla.
- Place your tortilla's into the muffin tin, pressing down so they fit snuggly.
- Place 1 spoonful of sauce onto each of the tortilla's.
- Place the shredded mozzarella cheese onto the sauce. (Just use however much cheese you prefer, I used just enough to cover the sauce.
- Place 4-5 mini pepperoni's onto each tortilla.
- Bake in your preheated oven for 8-10 minutes.
- Repeat until you've used all of your tortilla's.
- Let the pizza's cool slightly and enjoy!
