here's what I focus on, in every meditation this month.
indeed, it's the Milky Way, our spiral galaxy.
I do it (not by distance) but by SCALE.
I pull out from Oxford, where I'm lying or standing (yes, I can do this while walking), using the in-phase of breathing, imagine me being an inflating balloon. Then I caress the sun, it doesn't burn. Did you know, you can lick the sun like it's an ice cream and it tastes of human blood. :) Then I pull right out to the Milky Way ... actually, my view of this is 'recovered' from some footage I can't trace, but I'm in the middle of the Milky Way looking around at all the shimmering wonder. Pressing on through the spiral like it's a jingling snow storm. I broadcast desperate/pitiful greetings of Creativity, Passion and Kinship to the neighbouring stars but haven't got back any messages, yet. LOL.
I can pull back as far as I want. By up-scaling to the altitude in this image (above) I have even been able to swirl the whole galaxy like taking a teaspoon to a pot of tea. I can then zoom off into the ever-shrinking vastness of space using only the coordination of breath. Of course, this is all self-deceiving bullshit, but I do it, nonetheless; for kicks.
