Micromax Launches Selfie Focused Bolt Selfie and Canvas Selfie 4

Micromax Infomatics, India’s largest handset manufacturer and world’s 10thlargest handset player, today announced the launch of its two new selfie smartphones- Bolt Selfie and Canvas Selfie 4 targeting the entry level smartphone users and the selfie enthusiasts respectively. After the highly successful Canvas Selfie range, Micromax is bringing this successful Selfie range to the Micromax Bolt users as well as well as furthering the Canvas Selfie experience with Android Marshmallow.

Bolt Selfie offers users with an exciting selfie experience in a world where selfies are arguably the largest photographic trend of the generation. With enhanced photo features such as Face and Beauty Mode and Gesture Capture, the Bolt Selfie enables users to not only seamlessly capture pictures, but also enhance and perfect their selfie. The 4G enabled smartphone is packed with a 1GHz Quad Core processor and 1GB RAM and 8 ROM, expandable to 32GB. With a 4.5-inch screen, the Bolt Selfie has everything that makes for an ideal selfie experience. The Bolt Selfie will be available on Flipkart in White & Champagne colours.

Canvas Selfie 4

Targeted at the new age generation that always wants to put the best foot forward in both offline and online world, Micromax’s Canvas Selfie 4 comes with a Tap Sensor on the rear for the first time. The tap sensor on the rear allows the users to conveniently click a picture, swap camera from front to back and vice-versa with a single tap making it easy to click pictures with a single hand. The tap sensor can also be used to answer a call with a double tap.

Equipped with a 5.0 inch IPS display screen, 8MP front and rear camera, the smartphone sports the Face Beauty mode which lets the users balance facial features, soften complexions and remove skin blemishes to create flawless photos in real time. Running on the latest Android Marshmallow the smartphone comes a cleverer Google Now, custom tabs, better battery life enhancement feature, new boot animations, customizable toggles. The price of the Canvas Selfie 4 has not been disclosed as of yet and will be available across the offline channel from end of May 2016
