In the True Blood Season 4, episode 3 that airs this Sunday, July 10 listen closely and you’ll hear music from an Alabama singer-songwriter Michelle Malone.  The episode is called “If You Love Me, Why Am I Dyin’?”

“Restraining Order Blues,” by  Michelle Malone, is the song to be featured on True Blood’s soundtrack for the episode and will be tucked into the episode somewhere, according to her publicist. We’re not sure exactly when it’ll show up, or how long the sound clip will be, but it’s still a coup for the blues-rocker.

Malone’s no stranger to music placement on TV; her songs also have been featured on “Dawson’s Creek” and “Felicity.”

Restraining Order Blues” originally was recorded for her 2009 album, “Debris.”
