Michael Jackson’s Estate Wants KingOfPop.com Shut Down

Posted on the 27 February 2016 by Worldwide @thedomains

The estate of Michael Jackson has filed a lawsuit against the KingofPop.com. The website sells popcorn and was purchased back in 2012, it was a former Michael Jackson fansite.

According to a report from TMZ.com

The estate claims the site tried to defend its use of the popular MJ moniker by saying the word “pop” is a “nickname for popcorn products.” The estate says that’s BS because “pop” is only a nickname for soda … in certain parts of the country.
