Miami Dolphins Mike Pouncey Served A Grand Jury Subpoena After Loss To The Patriots

By Ceboscuit @ceboscuit

Via SI.com:  The Massachusetts State Police served Miami Dolphins center Mike Pouncey with a grand jury subpoena less than an hour after the Patriots defeated the Dolphins 27-17 at Gillette Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

A source with knowledge of the matter told SI.com that the subpoena is related to the investigation into Aaron Hernandez, Pouncey’s close friend and former teammate at the University of Florida. The source indicated that police are focusing in on Hernandez’s potential involvement in interstate gun trafficking, which is being investigated by several agencies in multiple states — at least Massachusetts, New York and Florida.

The extent of Pouncey’s potential involvement is undetermined, but police are focusing on multiple transactions that involve him and Hernandez. “Organizationally, we do not have a comment,” said Dolphins spokesman Harvey Greene. “And Mike Pouncey does not have a comment.”

How much does life suck for Mike Pouncey?  The Dolphins were leading the Patriots and life was good.  A few Tom Brady led drives later Pouncey and the Dolphins were heading to the showers losers of two divisional games in a row (shout out to the Bills.)  However for Pouncey, his bad day was about to get worse.  Massachusetts state police served him a Grand Jury Subpoena with respect to the Aaron Hernandez murder trial outside of the visitor’s locker room at Gillette Stadium.  Now that sucks hard.

But you know what, karma is a bitch Mike Pouncey.  Probably shouldn’t have thrown this picture out on social media when Hernandez was first suspected of murdering Odin Lloyd.

How’s that working out for you now, brah?
