Xiaomi’s CEO Lei Jun has officially confirmed that Mi Max will be launched on 10th May. As reported earlier, Mi Max will be the biggest phone in the history of Mi and Lei Jun has acknowledged that and also stated that the battery on the device may be a pleasant surprise.
Earlier, Mi did release an official image of Mi Max on their Weibo account revealing some part of Mi Max. That more or less confirms the large screen device. However, Mi seems to have 2 more surprises up their sleeve. Xiaomi has been working discreetly on their own processor called “Rifle”, in all probability, it is the same processor that will power Mi Max.

During this event, Lei Jun also accidentally showed off his new smart band i.e. the Mi Band 2. It comes with a screen which shows the current time and it also has a button to what seems like a touchscreen. Mi in all likeliness will release these two more products i.e. a processor and Mi Band 2 along with Mi Max on 10 May. Stay tuned till then.
