Homemade Scotch Broth served with Bloomer Bread (v)

Warm goats cheese salad with toasted pine nuts and honey glaze (v)

Haggis Cake - A homemade cake of Haggis, Potato and Onion coated in Panko Breadcrumbs with a whisky sauce

Smoked salmon with lemon crème fraiche and melba toasts

6oz Pan Roasted Lamb Rump served with Stornoway Black Pudding Mash, Minted Pears and Rosemary Jus

Grilled Fillet of Seabass with Pesto Mash and Roasted Tomato Chutney

Pumpkin tortellini with sage butter and pine nuts (v)

8oz Sirloin Steak served with Thick Cut Chips, Rocket & Grana Padano Salad and choice of Sauce
