Meyer Lemon Meringue Cupcakes

Spotted on our Flickr feed, Grace Chan made these Meyer lemon meringue cupcakes. The cupcakes are vanilla lemon-scented cupcakes filled with Meyer lemon curd, frosted with burnt Swiss meringue. By the way, a Meyer lemon is a cross between a lemon and an orange. It is less tart than a regular lemon.
