Today was definitely a cheat day, but since it’s #eatswednesday, I’ll let this pass! (btw for the first timers in my blog, that tag is coined by yours truly so I can categorize what to post on a given day). Earlier in the office today our boss brought some mexican food — burritos, quesadillas and mexican pizza from Mex-I-Can. I’m crazy about their burritos!!! I’ve tried it in the past and boy did I miss it! I like it better now because there is more cheese in it (yes, I’m a big cheese lover!). Don’t mind the burnt cheese quesadillas by the way, they reheated it in the office so it turned out like that. Anyway, it was also good! Both are at par with the more popular mexican food joint Army Navy. But what sets Mex-I-Can apart is the price! It’s more affordable yet the serving size is big and you’ll really notice they didn’t scrimp on the ingredients. If you’re around Marikina area, do drop by their stall at Riverbanks Mall. They just opened a few months ago but hopefully they’ll branch out soon, preferably one nearer my place.
