Time to start off our week. That means we need to plan our menu for the week. Happy St. Patrick’s Day by the way. Today should be an easy day, except we don’t do the traditional American St. Patrick’s Day meal. I say American because in Ireland they wouldn’t actually eat corned beef, it would be something with pork most likely.

We’re coming to an end of my emeals trial. I won’t be renewing because another week and there’s nothing I like on there. I’m too picky I guess.

Grab my button and link up your menu at the bottom.

Monica’s Menu For March 17 – March 23

Sunday: Fried chicken, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables.
Monday: Meatballs and ziti.
Tuesday: Chicken and rice casserole.
Wednesday: Tacos.
Thursday: Chicken Alfredo.
Friday: Calzones.
Saturday: Meatloaf with egg noodles and green beans.

For a special treat and to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day, I am making these mint filled brownies. Sound yummy, and it’s green.

Your turn. What’s cooking in your kitchen this week.
