Story: Meter starts when Arjun Kalyan (Abbavaram) reluctantly follows in his father’s footsteps and becomes a police officer. He saw how much it took out of his father and wants to fulfill his father’s dream of following in his footsteps.

However, joining the police force isn’t everything Arjun was expecting. He finds himself clashing with Home Minister Kantam Baireddy (Pawan) who expects him to help continue his illegal business. This is where Arjun learns what he wants to do in this world and decides to fight back against the corruption that saw his father suffer too.

Verdict on Meter

Meter is an action comedy following a young police officer following in his father’s footsteps. However, he learns about the corruption that nearly destroyed his career and looks to end it and give honest officers a better life.

This does have big action sequences that use different factors to make them bigger. There is one in the final act that has a very unique approach and is a lot of fun. The story gets to continue in the conversation about corruption within law enforcement. Elsewhere, we get a love story that doesn’t get enough attention but then it doesn’t need to be the center of the movie. We can have a lot of fun with this movie as it continues to show the big action coming out of Bollywood.
