Menu Plan Sunday: July 21 – July 27

Let vacation begin. My husband walked out of work Saturday afternoon and said see ya for 16 days. Couldn’t have been more perfect timing if he had planned it himself. Well, okay that’s not entirely true, he did plan it himself and it wasn’t how he planned it. But none the less, he’s the birthday boy today. And he’s excited to get his vacation on. While we aren’t going away this year at all we do have some really fun day trips planned for the coming 2 weeks. And that makes dinner planning interesting, when you’re really not going to be home. But we will do the best we can with what we’ve got.

Monica’s Menu For July 21, 2013 – July 27, 2013

Sunday: Birthday boy wants to go out to eat. I won’t argue with that.
Monday: Eating out again, don’t know where.
Tuesday: Grilled pork chops, green beans, egg noodles, and applesauce.
Wednesday: Fried chicken, mashed potatoes, and mixed vegetables.
Thursday: Pannini’s with carrots.
Friday: Chicken and rice casserole
Saturday: BBQ and Buffalo wings with rice pilaff and corn.
