And the Christmas baking has begun! Last weekend I tried my hand at making festive gingerbread shapes, and pinched this fab idea from Katie of Sugarpatch. How cute are they?! I took a load into work as a batch made an huge amount, and they went down a storm. The biscuits themselves are perfectly flavoured, have a nice crunch and perfect with a cuppa.
