Meizu has launched its latest mid-range smartphone the Meizu M6s. The phone comes with a Samsung Exynos processor and a fingerprint sensor locate not on the front or rear but on the side of the phone. Earlier the phone was introduced in China as Meizu S6.
The Meizu M6s is the first smartphone to be powered by a hexacore Samsung Exynos 7872 processor coupled with Mali-G71 GPU. It comes with a 5.7-inch 1440* 720 pixels HD+ 2.5D curved glass in-cell display.
The phone comes with a 16-megapixel Samsung CMOS Lens and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera, both cameras come with f/2.0 aperture while the front camera comes with ‘adaptive beauty technology’ for selfies.

Another highlight of Meizu M6s is its Super Back or Halo button, which is basically an onscreen button that comes with gesture support thanks to the pressure sensor display. The Fingerprint sensor on M6s is side-mounted on the power button.
A 3000mAh battery powers the device and it comes with fast charging as well. The phone runs on Flyme OS 6.2 on top of Android 7.1.2 Nougat out of the box.

Meizu M6s Price and Availability
The Meizu M6s comes in two variants based on the RAM and Storage. The Meizu M6S price starts at CNY 999/ Rs. 9900/US$155 for the lower 3GB/32GB variant while the 3GB/64GB storage is priced at CNY 1199/Rs. 11900/ US$ 186. The M6s will be available in Champagne Gold, Matte Black, Moon Silver, and Cobalt Blue color variants and will start retailing from 10 am on Friday, January 19 via Lynx, Suning, and Jingdong, before being available at Meizu Store on Saturday, January 20, and offline retailers. Registration for the sale is already on. There is no official confirmation of the global launch yet.
