Meghan McCain is set to return to The View on Monday, October 8th.
After delivering an emotional eulogy at her father, Senator John McCain’s funeral, Meghan announced via Twitter she is ready to return to work.
“I will be getting back on the horse @TheView Monday October 8th. Thank you all for your patience & understanding,” she tweeted on Monday, adding a quote from “Rocky.” “‘It’s not about how hard you hit. It’s about how hard can you get hit and keep moving forward.’”
Since taking a break from the show, McCain has fought for increased awareness of glioblastoma, according to PageSix. The aggressive form of brain cancer is what took her father’s life.
