Meet Our New Blogger, Audrey Villalpando

Audrey Villalpando grew up just half an hour from the city, the sea and the mountains. This cultivated her into a well rounded young woman who enjoys urban life as well as the outdoors. She grew up in the San Gabriel Valley and after high school she went on to attend Pasadena City College where she earned her degree in the Humanities. She later decided to explore her passion for home decor and design and attended the Interior Design Institute in Newport Beach where she earned her certification. She is currently exploring another passion of hers: cuisine. In her free time, she dedicates herself to experimenting with new recipes to expand her cooking and baking repertoire. She recently decided to share her artisan desserts by launching her home based company, The Gilded Kitchen , which offers custom confections. When she's not delving into all things food, she spends her time exploring Los Angeles for the trendy new thing, from new eateries and lounges, to art galleries and music events.
