Taken during the annual San Francisco Fleet Week airshow rehearsal, the Blues pass in their Echelon Parade formation during their performance over the Bay. First formed in 1946, the Blue Angels have been using the F/A-18 Hornet since 1986. These are usually the oldest jets in the fleet that have been taken out of frontline combat strike units as newer models are delivered. Nikon D500 w/80-400mm, processing with Aperture.
