This BK117 is from the Lucille Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford University and is based here at Palo Alto airport. The BK 117C1 was the last product of a joint venture between Messerschmitt-Bölkow-Blohm (MBB) of Germany and Kawasaki of Japan. MBB was later purchased by Daimler-Benz and eventually became a part of Eurocopter. Nikon D300 w/18-200mm, processing with Aperture and Photomatix Pro.
