You can get MBarrier Materia from The Happy Turtle for 4.000 gil.
It can be obtained (usually in chests) during Missions 3-3-3, 9-1-2, and 9-1-5 as a reward for completing Mission 8-4-1.
The MBarrier Materia reduces magical damage taken but requires 16 MP to cast.
This is a Magic Materia, which contains materia that enables Zack to cast magic spells in battle.
