The Food Lover's Guide to Iron Cabana Food Park continues!
The family that works together, stays and succeeds together. That's how I see it with May PorkEver, one of Iron Cabana's business partners.
May PorkEver is run by a brother-sister team along with their mom and their brother's girlfriend. Since they all love food, they went ahead with the idea of serving their favorite Filipino dishes to customers.
You'll surely enjoy their selection of Pinoy favorites such as Crispy Pata, Lechon Kawali and Crispy Binagoongan. If you're a group of five, don't hesitate to order any of their Platters. They have Crispy Pata, Lechon Kawali, Crispy Bacon Strips, Crispy Binagoongan and Crispy Pork Tofu.
But if you're going solo or simply want to try different dishes, try their rice meals. You can choose from Lechon Kawali, Crispy Bacon Strips and their bestseller, Crispy Binagoongan.
A little tip though! Instead of plain rice, opt for the Jambalaya rice. It's totally worth it!
May PorkEver's Jambalaya Rice is created by one of the owners. His sister, Jenny calls him Kulet (or Kulit?). Since their dishes are rich in flavor, their special rice which consist of spices, bell peppers, etc. helps balance the taste leaving your palate satisfied.
Want to experience their bestseller especially the Jambalaya rice? Then head over to Iron Cabana Food Park and look for this cute, pink CuPig. You will surely have a wonderful gastronomic experience!
Don't know how to get there? It's easy! Take the COMET (City Optimized Managed Electric Transport). The shuttle passes by the area daily. But if you have a car, there's no need to worry because Iron Cabana features an ample and safe parking space for guests.
Happy eating... and drinking!
