(Recipe adapted from Carol)  
Ingredients:(A) 400g plain flour2 Tbsp matcha powder3/4 tsp yeast240g water *Mix all together & knead into a smooth dough. Proof till doubles.(B)150g plain flour15g milk powder60g sugar70g milk30g oil1/4 tsp salt*Mix all together with the dough from (A) & knead into a smooth dough. Roll out dough into a rectangle & roll up like swiss roll. Divide into equal portions & proof for 40mins. Steam the mantou for 15mins.
