Was recently invited to attend the #SpeakGourmet MasterChef Australia event in association with @FoodTalkIndia and @StarWorldIndia . The festival was being held in all major cities across India and occured at Olive Beach in Bangalore / Bengaluru. The festival was held with the idea on how food has transformed our lives and the way we have started to #SpeakGourmet even with the simplest of food.
The environment at Olive Beach was serene and the beautiful European setting was mesmerizing. What was really the main attraction was the MasterChef inspired dishes by Chef Manu Chandra. Chef Manu explained 5 cooking techniques like Molecular Gastronomy, Roulade, Confit, Consomme, Ceviche. Each of the dishes created from these cooking techniques was unique and simply amazing in taste and flavors.
The evening was filled with food and drinks. The creations of this Master Chef was unbelievable.
