If you could choose to be a master (or mistress) of any skill in the world, which skill would you pick?
If I have to be a master of any skill in the world then I would like to choose hacking. Hacking not in the context in which people generally refer it but in a very different way.
Generally people consider hacking as an art of seeking and exploiting weakness in computer system and networks. But I think hacking simply means exploring the limits of what is possible. It is an art of getting maximum output of anything by putting minimum efforts as input.
I also consider hacking as a first step of learning any skill effectively. If you choose any skill to learn by traditional way, you may end up putting more efforts than require and will not get the result you want. But when a hacker, again not in general context, pick up a skill to learn, he may first explore the minimum effective method to learn the skill.
Personally I want to learn lots of skill, there are many like programming, writing, swimming, running, writing, learning foreign languages, developing apps, teaching etc. and if I use the traditional method, I don’t think that I will be able to learn more than three and four of them.
I will love to master the skill of hacking so that I can master all other skills effectively.
