Brand-new poster surfaces John Connor is a Terminator robot in Genisys (if you fellas recall! this was also spoiled in the second trailer).
I guess this is a major revelation for the Terminator mythos, as Connor has always been (or so audiences thought) a human being, not a robot! And not just any human, let me remind you, the savior of humanity; the foretold resistance leader against the Terminator robots and their evil creators, Skynet.
