If you haven’t noticed, I’m sort of obsessed with mason jars. I have dozens of them for jamming and jarring, drinking, salads, and making whipped cream. Yes, you can make your fresh whipped cream right in a mason jar. Don’t believe? Follow the instructions after the jump
- One mason jar, that has been chilled in a freezer for at least 10 minutes
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla
- 3 tablespoons confectioners sugar
Add all ingredients to jar. Seal. Shake vigorously for 3-5 minutes.
