Thus, Disney and Sony have decided to postpone the release of the third installment of the adventures of Spider-Man, embodied by Tom Holland. The film, untitled at the moment, is now scheduled in the United States for November 5, 2021 instead of July 16, 2021.
Another Spider-Man film concerned: the sequel to Spider-Man: New Generation. The sequel to the Oscar-winning animated film sees its American release postponed from April 8, 2022 to October 7, 2022. The same goes for the sequel to Doctor Strange, camped by Benedict Cumberbatch. Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, directed by Sam Raimi, is postponed to March 25, 2022 instead of November 5, 2021. The film had already been postponed and was initially scheduled for May 5, 2021 in France.
Among all these postponement announcements, a highly anticipated Marvel film miraculously comes out of it and even sees its release released a week earlier. It's Thor: Love and Thunder directed by Taika Waititi. The film, which was to be released in American theaters on February 18, 2022, will finally be in theaters a few days before Valentine's Day.
