Plot: Music superstars Kat Valdez and Bastian are getting married before a global audience of fans. But when Kat learns, seconds before her vows, that Bastian has been unfaithful, she instead decides to marry Charlie, a stranger in the crowd.

Story: Marry Me starts when music superstar Kat Valdez (Lopez) is preparing to marry fellow music superstar Bastian (Maluma). Meanwhile, mild-mannered teacher Charlie (Wilson) gets dragged along to the concert wedding with his daughter Lou (Coleman) and work colleague Parker (Silverman).

Once they are all at the concert, Kat learns that Bastian has been cheating on her and changes her show. She decides to pick someone out of the audience, and that person ends up being Charlie. Now, the two different people must decide what to do next, as Charlie must deal with the sudden spotlight on his life. The question remains, Can they fall in love, or will the media storm ruin another relationship?

Verdict on Marry Me

Marry Me is a romantic comedy following a superstar musician who marries an everyday school teacher. However, they have never met before and now they must decide what they want to happen in their lives next. Even if they are from different worlds and being together is highly unlikely.

This is a fun romantic comedy that gets to show us the different lives celebrities live compared to everyday workers. It does a great job of showing that people sometimes need to find themselves being brought back down to the Earth. While also showing that relationships can be difficult whoever you are. There is a nice heart behind everything, showing that love can find you anywhere in life if you give it a chance. The performances are great throughout the movie making this an enjoyable movie.
