A pretty biplane on display at the Pacific Coast Dream Machines event. First flown in 1971, the MA-5 Charger is a homebuilt two place sport biplane developed by Ed Marquart at Flabob Airport. The Charger design dates from 1970 and was designed to perform mild aerobatics. In 1991, a Charger was the first biplane to solo both directions across the Atlantic. Nikon D300 w/18-200mm.
