Here is my thinking.We did not hit the area on the Williams indicator where sells like this usually bottom. We would not want to see a strong weekly move above the blue line on this chart, however:

The next chart shows that all we have done so far is backtest the breakdown on small caps and again we have not hit the indicator level that we usually hit for such bottoms:

From a large cap standpoint, the DIA ETF shows the three likliest possibilities that I have at present for near term:

I am going to continue to just update the blog on a couple a month basis when I feel there is something interesting in the markets. I have enjoyed not regularly blogging.
