Malta SIR has just signed a 3 year sponsorship agreement with the Tennis Section at the Marsa Sports Club. The sponsorship deal consists of the patronage of the “Malta Sotheby’s International Realty Ladies Team Tournament” that will be held in the month of March 2017.
Over 60 tennis players of all levels are expected to take part in this anticipated tournament, with ages varying from 16 years of age and upwards. The tournament dates will be on the 3rd, 10th, 17th and the 24th of March. The final will be played on Thursday 30th of March.
Prizes will be handed out by the Malta SIR Directors to the 1st and 2nd placed teams as well as to the Captains of the tournament.
The Marsa Sports Club is a non-profit private members’ club which has evolved into a multi-sporting complex with facilities that boasts 19 tennis courts, 5 squash courts, a large swimming pool, billiards tables, croquet and a fitness studio. With over 2,500 prestigious members, Marsa Sports club is well known within the sporting sector in Malta.
Malta SIR Director, Michael J. Zammit, commented that given that 2016 was an exceptional year, the marketing budget for 2017 was increased with the intention of sponsoring various events including sports ones. This year is expected to be another successful one with Malta SIR opening their second office in the next 3 weeks, this time in the Portomaso Marina.
