Make This: Nama Chocolate

By Ctbas @ctbas

Make This: Nama ChocolateJust One Cookbook has a great recipe for nama chocolates, which are pretty much truffles except you don't have to roll them into balls. Just chill, cut and sprinkle with cocoa. Super easy but looks like you put a lot more work into it.

I decided to use a heart-shaped cookie cutter as well as coat some with dried raspberries that I put in the food processor. This added a touch of color as well as a tart fruity taste to balance out the rich chocolate.
