Make This: I ❤️ Earth Sugar Cookies

So I mashed up two techniques from Eugenie Kitchen's Rainbow Heart Cookies and TammiLeeTips' Earth Day Cookies to create these for an Earth Day event with SciTech Kids. It definitely takes a bit of time since you need to chill the dough a bit before working it and before slicing and baking, but it's worth the effort to end up with such fun cookies.
