Cook’s Country has a recipe for English muffin bread that looked so good (and easy) that I gave it a try even though I usually can’t make anything with yeast turn out. So, of course, I bought the wrong yeast.
I went ahead and tried it anyway. It probably doesn’t have as many “nooks and crannies” as it should, but is still tasted like an English muffin when toasted. More importantly, the kids liked it.
