Make This: Earth Day Fudge

Here's a tasty activity for Earth Day. Make your own fudge Earth. You can use your favorite traditional fudge recipe or opt for a two-ingredient version. Color 1/3 of the batch green and the rest blue. After the fudge cooled, I rolled a small ball of blue before randomly placing pieces of green and then rolling into a ball. It helps to use a bit of butter on your hands when rolling. Another option would be to swirl the green into the blue and use a circle cookie cutter.
