These are perfect for any PB lover you know since inside each cookie is a small PB cup. (I used the ones from Trader Joe's) The cookie recipe is the one from Hershey's. Just flatten a scoop of dough, place the PB cup and wrap the dough around it. Roll it a bit to completely cover and seal. Bake as usual.
