The charts above are from the Civiqs Poll. They questioned 140,013 registered voters between April 24th of 2017 and April 19th of 2020.
What they found was that a majority of registered voters supported the legalization of marijuana -- and that was true of every state in this country. It is time for a national law legalizing the possession, growth, and use of marijuana for adults.
You might think this nation has other things to worry about right now. That's true, but think of it this way -- the U.S. is spending trillions of dollars trying to prop up the economy right now, and taxing legal marijuana could put billions of dollars back into the economy.
We are going to have to raise taxes to pay for the money being spent right now -- especially on the rich and the corporations. Taxing legal marijuana could mitigate the amount taxes would have to be raised.
